We mount counterweighted eccentric blocks top and bottom of the motor shaft. When that rotor spins, it converts simple rotation into true 3D material agitation – horizontal spread, vertical lift, and angled throw – all transmitted directly to your screen deck.
Adjust the clocking angle of those upper/lower weights, and you command the material's flow pattern. Need longer dwell time for fines. Tighter spiral for scalping.
