Incoming Quality Control (IQC):

Check suppliers' certificates of conformity, material reports, material appearance and performance, electrical component performance.

02/

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):

Confirm component processing meets drawing requirements. Monitor key processes: such as cutting, welding, assembly, cable connection, etc.

03/

Final Quality Control (FQC):

Start machine operation tests, safety protection device tests, appearance checks, dimension and assembly gap measurements, etc.

04/

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously optimize design and processes through data analysis.

05/

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):

Review FQC records, perform full machine operation tests, check random documents, packaging, etc. Check if outer packaging and transport securing meet standards.

06/

Quality Assurance/Corrective Action (QA/CA):

Collect customer usage feedback, analyze after-sales issues, determine causes and implement corrective/preventive actions, update inspection standards or process documents.
