Main Structure
Transmission components: The mixing paddle is made of stainless steel and is specially machined, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Spindle: After finishing, fine grinding, quenching and tempering, work fine. Three seals are used, followed by tetrafluoroethylene, gas and skeleton oil seals, without leakage.
The pot body has a multi-layer structure, which is divided into inner layer, outer layer and interlayer. The inner layer is made of stainless steel. The inner wall of the barrel and the bottom of the barrel are made of stainless steel. The bottom of the round shape is very smooth and hard. Corrosive, not easy to touch. The mixer body has a heating sleeve and a resistance heating coil, and the temperature is transmitted to the inner pot body through the high-flame point heat-conducting oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated uniformly, and the temperature of the material in the pot can be controlled by adjusting the temperature. The outer layer of the jacket has an asbestos insulation layer, and the outer layer is not hot when in use.
The mixer lid is cast from aluminum alloy. The inner surface is finished with fine grinding, polishing, and fine workmanship. After it is lifted by the cylinder, it can be rotated clockwise in the vertical direction (rotation 70 °C), and the hole is filled with resin, plasticizer and stabilizer. Holes, users can arrange according to their own. Do not use too much force on the lid to prevent it from hitting the wall. In order to prevent the lid from being covered, the stirring slurry turns to cause personal accidents, and a protective switch is also provided at the lid.
High-speed mixer unloading device: Made of aluminum alloy, equipped with pneumatic discharge door, automatic discharge. The cylinder and the material door are connected in one line, the pressure is reliable, and the sealing performance is good.
